Red Charm - Herbaceous Peony Roses

A beautiful semi double with rich bright red blooms in a shrub approximately 1 mitre high.  Needs to be kept moist through growing season, dormat during winter.  No flower the first year, some in the second year mass blooming the third. Excellent as cut flowers.
