Mothers Choice - Herbaceous Peony Rose

Soft pink double blooms in a shrub approximately 1 mitre high.  A chill factor is needed for good flowering, dormat during winter.  No flower the first year, some in the second year mass blooming the thrid. Excellent as cut flowers.
