Garlic - Tasmanian Purple 

Tasmanian Purple is a hardneck, low bolting, large bulb variety with a rich, sweet, nutty and spicy flavour. It is a later maturing variety to Pink Italian Garlic.  Excellent for cooking/eating or use as an insect deterrent.  Bulbs are suitable to eat immediately as they chemical free.
