Italian Pink is a softneck, non-bolting, medium bulb variety with a rich, sweet, spicy flavour. It is an early maturing variety and has a short growing season.  Excellent for cooking/eating or use as an insect deterrent.  (Bulbs are suitable for eating immediately as they are chemical free.)
