White Sarah Bernhardt - Herbaceous Peony Roses

A beautiful pure white in fragrant double blooms.  Grows to a shrub approximately 1 mitre high.  Needs to be kept moist through growing season, dormant during winter.  No flower the first year, some in the second year, mass blooming the third. Excellent as cut flowers.
