Mr Ed - Peony Roses

Full double with spectacular white blooms with random patches of cerise pink.  Grows to a shrub approximately 1 mitre high.  Needs to be kept moist through growing season, dormant during winter.  No flower the first year, some in the second year, mass blooming the third. Excellent as cut flowers.
