Jerusalem Artichoke

Delightful sunflower-like flowers which form ginger-like tubers that have a delicious nutty flavour.  Can be eaten raw, steamed, roasted or in soups.  Grows approx 2m high, tubers can be harvested 4-6 weeks after flowering or from late autumn to early winter.
